The PTFE-lined pipes can be provided with a variety of flange connection types to meet the different installation needs of customers: generally fixed flanges at both ends or loose-loose/fix-loose on request.
Specific dimensions of all parts and special solutions based on your drawings or requirements can be provided.

The PTFE-lined elbows supplied by Songshang are in 45°and 90°commonly. And we can manufacture 30°and 60°elbows or other degree elbows in specific dimensions required to make sure the perfect flow.

Songshang manufactures PTFE lined tees: Equal tees and Reducing tees to ensure the perfect fitting and non-leakage of the piping system.

Like our lined pipes products, the combination of flanges can be fix-fix, loose-loose, or fix-loose.
Specific dimensions of any part of the PTFE lined tees are available on request.

The mainly PTFE lined cross manufactured in Songshang is an Equal cross. A reducing cross or another special piece of specific dimensions can also be manufactured at customers’ request.

The one-piece PTFE lined cross is done by isomolding processing method. And the flanges on it can be a combination of fixed flanges, a combination of loose flanges, or a combination of fixed and loose flanges.
