The steel-lined PTFE pipeline has poor melting fluidity, and the coating reaches a certain thickness in order to meet the anti-corrosion requirements.
The lining can be divided into the loose lining and tight lining, and the processes are as follows:
Loose lining: Simplified cleaning → sheet selection → welding → lining → flanging → detection
Tight lining: Simplified cleaning → water heating adhesive curing → plate selection → board surface activation treatment → welding → Simplified adhesive lining → flanging → inspection
The main parameters of the welded parts are: internal welding adopts hot-press lap welding, the width of the weld is 20-25mm, the pressure of the weld is 0.1-0.2MPa, and the temperature is 360-380℃.
